⚫ M.S. Program in Seismology

The graduate programs in seismology and earth and environmental sciences emphasize the interdisciplinary aspects of modern earth science studies by encouraging students to take a mixture of science courses tailored to their interests and goals. Our programs offer EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses in seismology, geophysics, geology, oceanography, ecology, geodesy, microbiology, and environmental sciences. Students are free to take courses open in both programs. The variety of topics and instructors with different areas of expertise provide students with a solid background for pursuing higher degrees in seismology as well as earth and environmental sciences.
